Published Patents
We're pleased to announce our patent for the “Reconfigurable Functional Safety Compliant Canny Edge Architecture for Safety-Critical Vision-Based Systems,” published in Patent Office Journal No. 26/2025.
This architecture enables safe deployment of Canny Edge Detection (CED) in safety-critical applications like autonomous vehicles, industrial applications and robotics. Our breakthrough is its FPGA implementation that allows for a Safety ON/Safety OFF mode, enhancing safety and expanding potential applications.
